The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Justin Renfrow with one count possession of marijuana over five kilograms and one count of possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver. It is alleged that on or about December 17, 2014, Renfrow was in possession of more than five kilograms of marijuana and was in possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver.
The alleged incident took place in West Greenwich. The Rhode Island State Police led the investigation. Renfrow, who is being held without bail at the ACI, is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on April 17, 2015.
