Secretary of State Nellie M. Gorbea will announce legislation aimed at modernizing voting and elections in Rhode Island during a press conference scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, April 14, 2015, at 2:30 PM at the Rhode Island State House.
Secretary Gorbea will be joined at the press conference by John Marion, Executive Director of Common Cause Rhode Island, and other state and local leaders for the announcement.
