Junior Emmanuel Alvarez, age 21 14 Havana Street Providence, RI P1-2015-1265A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Junior Emmanuel Alvarez with one count of first degree sexual assault and one count of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2007, Alvarez molested a girl 14 years of age or under. It is further alleged that on or about January 3, 2015, Alvarez sexually assaulted the same individual, who at the time of the assault was older than 14 years of age.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Alvarez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 13, 2015.
