The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Raymond England with burglary and simple assault. It is alleged that on or about August 17, 2014, England broke into a residence and assaulted the occupant. The alleged incident took place in North Kingstown.
North Kingstown Police conducted the investigation. England is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on May 4, 2015.
