The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Tracy Morris with four counts of first degree child molestation and three counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that Morris molested a girl, 14 years of age or younger, who was known to him. The alleged molestation took place on diverse dates between September 1, 2011 and March 11, 2015.
Morris is currently being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 15, 2015. The Providence Police conducted the investigation.
Alberto Benitez, age 43 25 Garfield Street Central Falls, RI P1-2015-2132A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alberto Benitez with six counts of first degree child molestation and 12 counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that Benitez molested a girl, 14 years of age or younger, who was known to him, on diverse dates between April 2000 and December 2008.
A warrant has been issued for his arrest upon release from incarceration on related charges in Massachusetts. The Central Falls Police conducted the investigation.
