The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Miki Michael Mota Beranbel with one count of burglary, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of first degree robbery, and one count of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence. It is alleged that on or about July 26, 2015, Mota Beranbel burglarized a dwelling where he robbed and assaulted the occupants with a deadly weapon, to wit, a firearm. The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Mota Beranbel is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause on October 21, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Roosevelt White with two counts of first degree sexual assault, one count of extortion and one count of possession of stolen vehicle. It is alleged that on or about June 8, 2015, White alleged maliciously threatened a woman with the intent to compel her to a commit a sexual act against her will. It is further alleged that he stole her motor vehicle. The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. White is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on October 16, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Anthony Meo with two counts of burglary and two counts of receiving stolen goods worth more than $500. It is alleged that on or about December 16, 2011, Meo burglarized two residences.When Meo was arrested, he was in possession of stolen property. The alleged incidents took place in Cranston and the Cranston Police conducted the investigation. Meo is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 4, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jose Morales with one count of first degree sexual assault and breaking and entering. It is alleged that on or about December 24, 2014, Morales broke into a residence and sexually assaulted one of the occupants. The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Morales is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 4, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Derrick Person with one count of first degree arson and one count of fifth degree arson. It is alleged that on or about August 28, 2015, Person set fire to a building located at 121 Garfield Street, Central Falls, causing damage to personal property belonging to his girlfriend. The Central Falls Police led the investigation. Person is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 4, 2015.

It is alleged that on or about May 26, 2015, Huggins stabbed and killed his girlfriend Yanira Flores in the apartment the two shared with their young children. The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Huggins is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 4, 2015.

It is alleged that on or about August 22, 2015, Forbes and Morales conspired to commit robbery and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Forbes and Morales assaulted the same individual.
