The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Stephen Glode with one count of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence, one count of possession of a firearm without a license, and one count of use of a firearm in a compact area. It is alleged that on or about April 5, 2015, Glode assaulted a man using a firearm.
The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Glode is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on October 28, 2015.
Matthew Daignault (age 33) 56 Parkside Dr. Providence, RI P1-2015-3393A
Kayla Couture (age 27) 56 Parkside Dr. Providence, RI PI-2015-3393B
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Matthew Daignault and Kayla Couture each with one count of first degree robbery, one count of conspiracy, one count of fraudulent use of a credit card, and one count of assault of a person over the age of 60.
It is alleged that on or about August 19, 2015, Daignault and Couture assaulted and robbed a citizen over the age of 60 in Johnston and proceeded to use the stolen credit card in Providence to purchase goods exceeding the amount of $100.
The Johnston Police conducted the investigation. Daignault and Couture are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 18, 2015.
Edilsar Alvarado (age 38) 231 Laban St. Providence, RI PI-2015-3394A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out a secret indictment charging Edilsar Alvarado with two counts of first degree child molestation, two counts of first degree sexual assault, and one count of simple assault.
It is alleged that on or about days and dates between January 1, 2008 and August 30, 2008, Alvarado molested and sexually assaulted an individual. It is further alleged that on or about days and dates between September 30, 2011 and September 29, 2012, Alvarado physically assaulted the same individual.
The alleged incident took place in Providence and the Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
