The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging David Allison with one count of murder, one count of burglary, and two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. It is alleged that on or about September 1, 2015, Allison broke into the residence of Maria Feliciano and stabbed her, Adriana Figueroa, and Elba Feliciano, who died as a result of the injuries she sustained.
The alleged events took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Allison has been held without bail since his arrest and is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 23, 2015.
