The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Ludilson DaSilva with one count of first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about June 13, 2015, DaSilva sexually assaulted a woman. The alleged sexual assault took place in Pawtucket. The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. DaSilva is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on December 23, 2015.
