The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Ricardo Franco with three counts of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between February 18, 2014 and July 1, 2014, Franco molested a girl 14 years of age or under. The alleged molestation took place in Central Falls and the Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Franco is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on January 27, 2015.
