The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging David Bottoms with one count of first degree child molestation and two counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about dates between January 1, 2013 and February 1, 2014, Bottoms molested a child 14 years of age or under.
The alleged incidents took place in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Bottoms is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 16, 2016.

As a result of a joint investigation between the Providence Police and the U.S. Postal Inspector, it is alleged that on or about February 20, 2015, Lanza Seda possessed a package that was determined to contain more than one kilogram of cocaine.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. Lanza Seda is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 16, 2016.
