The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Holly Marshall with one count of first degree arson.
It is alleged that on or about October 2, 2015, Marshall set fire to an occupied building located at One Andem Street in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Marshall is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 27, 2016.
