The victim was returning to that residence with food he had picked up from a store when he was approached by two males, one of whom pointed a black handgun at him and demanded money and his phone. It is further alleged that later that evening, at approximately 9:10 p.m., the same group, now joined by Braddock, allegedly robbed a man at gunpoint in an area near Service Road 1 in Providence. The robbers then fled in a motor vehicle.

Approximately 10 minutes later, all the defendants allegedly participated in the attempted armed robbery of another man, outside of 20 Hollis Street in Providence. The victim was returning home after purchasing groceries when he was accosted at his door by three males.
