Ephraim Durrett (age 24) 30 Ruggles Street Providence, RI P1-201601557AG
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Ephraim Durrett with one count of burglary, two counts of first degree robbery, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, one count of malicious property damage, and one count of conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about May 6, 2013, Durrett, along with two previously indicted individuals, and an unnamed co-conspirator, broke into a residence in Providence where the men robbed and assaulted the occupants.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Durrett is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 20, 2016.
