Office will remain open during road construction
The Rhode Island Office of Attorney General is alerting the public that starting on Tuesday, May 31st, road work and sidewalk repairs will begin in front of the Attorney General's offices, located at 150 and 180 South Main Street, Providence.
The construction is part of RIDOT's road and sidewalk repair along South Main Street and is expected to take a few weeks.
During the road construction, the Office will remain open to the public for those who need state and national background checks, consumers looking to speak with a representative from the Consumer Protection Unit, and visitors to the Office.
The Office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
During the road work, parking in the area near the Office may be impacted.
