The Rhode Island Department of Attorney General (RIAG) today announced that the Expedited Review Hospital Conversion Initial Application submitted by Yale-New Haven Health Services Corporation, Lawrence + Memorial Corporation, LMW Healthcare, Inc., d/b/a Westerly Hospital, has been deemed complete and accepted for review.
RIAG will now start the formal review and evaluation of the application, and have 90 days to complete this step of the process under the expedited review section of the Hospital Conversions Act.
