The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jared Rogers, Andrew Soben, Josue Morillo, and Jake Cabral each with one count of murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder, one count of assault with the intent to commit murder, and one count of conspiracy to commit assault with the intent to commit murder. It is alleged that on or about March 26, 2016, Rogers, Soben, Morillo, and Cabral murdered Michael Rogers and assaulted David Rogers with the intent to murder him. The alleged events took place in Warwick and the Warwick Police conducted the investigation. All four defendants are currently being held without bail and are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on June 24, 2016.
