The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Henry Cabrera with two counts of second degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on our about dates between June 30, 2013 and September 30, 2013, Cabrera sexually assaulted a female, with the sexual assault being in the second degree. The alleged incident took place in South Kingstown.
The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. Cabrera is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on August 5, 2016.
