The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Ivander DeBurgo with one count of child molestation. It is alleged that on or about June 7, 2016, in the City of Pawtucket, DeBurgo molested a girl 14 years of age or under.
The Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. DeBurgo is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 14, 2016.
Bogar Quinonez-Flores (age 29) No permanent address P1-2016-2473A
The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Bogar Quinonez-Flores with one count of first degree robbery. It is alleged that on or about March 12, 2016, Quinonez-Flores robbed an individual in the City of Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Quinonez-Flores is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 14, 2016.
Hasim Munir (age 37) 163 Alston Street Providence, RI P1-2016-2489A
The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Hasim Munir with one count of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about April 11, 2015, Munir molested a girl 14 years of age or under. The alleged incident took place in the City of Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Munir was arraigned today in Providence County Superior Court. Bail was set at $25,000 with surety. Munir failed to make bail and was remanded back to the ACI.
Terrell Carter (age 19) 65 Waterman Avenue North Providence, RI P1-2016-2477AG
The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Terrell Carter with two counts of first degree robbery and one count of use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence.
It is alleged that on or about June 1, 2016, Carter robbed two individuals at gunpoint in the City of Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Carter is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on September 7, 2016.
Irvin Sanchez (age 24) 45 Alger Avenue Providence, RI P1-2016-2476A
The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Irvin Sanchez with two counts of kidnapping a minor and one count of extortion/blackmail. It is alleged that on or about November 11, 2015, in the City of Providence, Sanchez kidnapped two individuals 16 years of age or under and blackmailed a third individual.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Sanchez is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 5, 2016.
