The Statewide Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging John Festa with three counts of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about dates between January 24, 2016 and February 18, 2016, Festa molested a girl 14 years of age or under, with the molestation being in the first degree.
The alleged incidents took place in Coventry and the Coventry Police conducted the investigation. Festa, who is currently being held without bail, is scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on October 14, 2016.
