The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Shi Chen with possession of more than five kilograms of marijuana and possession with intent to delivery. It is alleged that on or about July 14, 2016, Shi Chen was in possession of more than five kilograms of marijuana. The alleged incident took place in West Greenwich, and the Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. Shi Chen is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on November 15, 2016.
