The Providence County Grand Jury reported out a secret and sealed indictment charging Timothy Homerston with four counts of second degree sexual assault, three counts of simple assault, and one count of indecent exposure. The indictment was unsealed this afternoon when Homerston was arraigned before Superior Court Magistrate Patricia Lynch Harwood.
It is alleged that on or about dates between February 2015 and February 2016, Homerston sexually assaulted three adult males, with the sexual assault being in the second degree. It is further alleged that during that same time, Homerston committed simple assault and indecent exposure.
The Rhode Island State Police led the investigation and arrested Homerston this morning at his residence. The Court set October 24, 2016 for a determination of attorney and November 14, 2016 for a pretrial conference.
