Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported January 12, 2017)

Ousman Faye (age 24) 52 Minerva St. Woonsocket, RI P1-2017-0110A

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Ousman Faye with one count of first degree arson, two counts of fifth degree arson, four counts of breaking and entering, four counts of larceny over $1500, one count of attempted breaking and entering, one count of vandalism, and one count of tampering with a motor vehicle.

It is alleged that on diverse dates between July 4, 2015 and July 10, 2015, Faye broke into the dwellings of four different individuals, and stole various items valuing over $1500 from each victim. In addition, Faye allegedly set fire to two of the dwellings that he entered illegally. It is further alleged that on or about July 8, 2015, Faye set fire to an occupied building located at 95B Bernice Avenue, Woonsocket. It is further alleged that on or about July 11, 2015, Faye attempted to break into another individual's home by breaking a window. In addition, Faye allegedly tampered with a vehicle without the owner's consent. The alleged incidents took place in the City of Woonsocket.

The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Faye is schedule to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 1, 2017.

Juan Mejia (age 30) 133 N. Rockridge Dr. Woonsocket, RI P1-2017-0111A

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Juan Mejia with one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and one count of possession of one to five kilos of marijuana.

It is alleged that on are about June 7, 2016, Mejia did unlawfully possess and intend to deliver marijuana. The alleged incident took place in the City of Providence.

The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Mejia is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on February 1, 2017.

William Mosariegos (age 24) 89 Sterling Ave., 3rd Providence, RI P1-2017-0112A

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging William Mosariegos with one count of burglary and one count of obstructing a police officer.

It is alleged that on or about July 27, 2016, Mosariegos did commit burglary and did obstruct a Providence Police Officer. The alleged incidents took place in the City of Providence.

The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Mosariegos is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior court on February 1, 2017.

Frederick Butler (age 45) 72 Ayrault St., 2nd Providence, RI P1-2017-0113A

Jaron Drainville (age 24) 72 Ayrault St., 2nd Providence, RI P1-2017-0113B

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Frederick Butler and Jaron Drainville each with one count of possession of over five kilos of marijuana, one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and one count of conspiring to violate the Rhode Island Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

It is alleged that on or about October 13, 2016, Butler and Drainville conspired to, and did possess marijuana with the intent to deliver. The alleged incidents took place in the City of Providence.

The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation. The defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior court on February 1, 2017.

Donna Reis (age 58) 142 Douglas Pike Smithfield, RI P1-2017-0114A

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Donna Reis with one count of possession of more than five kilos of marijuana, one count of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, one count of possession of a controlled substance, and one count of conspiracy to violate the Rhode Island Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

It is alleged that on or about July 27, 2016, Reis conspired to, and did possess marijuana with the intent to deliver. It is further alleged that Reis possessed the controlled substance tetrahydrocannabinol. The alleged incidents took place in the City of Providence.

The Smithfield Police Department conducted the investigation. Reis is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior court on February 1, 2017.
