The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Roberto Acosta with one count of first degree child molestation and one count of second degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about diverse dates between July 4, 2012 and March 26, 2015, Acosta molested a girl 14 years of age or under. The alleged molestation took place in Centrals Falls and the Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Acosta is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 5, 2017.
