Herberth Diaz (age 42) 41 Cherry Street Pawtucket, RI P1-2017-1139A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Herberth Diaz with two counts of first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about dates between August 31, 2015 and December 31, 2015 and again between August 31, 2016 and December 31, 2016, Herberth sexually assaulted a female.
The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Herberth is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 24, 2017
