The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging James White with one count of first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about December 4, 2016, White sexually assaulted a female.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. White is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 28, 2017.
