Customers using older internet browsers including Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 8 and below, Mozilla Firefox 22 and below and Google Chrome 21 will not be able to access RI Bridges. The customer can find a list of compatible browser versions on the HSRI website, http://healthsourceri.com.
Those users will have to update to a newer version or just adjust a setting in the browsers. Any customer or worker who needs help can the contact center at 1-855-840-4774 due to not having access and not realizing that they need to update their browser.
