Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported October 20, 2017)

John Baldayac (age 25) 40 Isa Street Providence, RI P1-2017-2988A

Julian Bianchi (age 19) 322 Veazie Street Providence, RI P1-2017-2988B

Jeremiah Nunes (age 18) 7 Verndale Cr. Providence, RI P1-2017-2988C

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging John Baldayac, Julian Bianchi, and Jeremiah Nunes each with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about July 26, 2017, the three defendants robbed an individual in Providence.

The Providence Police conducted the investigation. The three co-defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 8, 2017.

Nakeda Brown (age 41) 67 Standish Avenue Providence, RI P1-2017-2989B

Barry Sullivan (age 49) 383 Broad Street Providence, RI P1-2017-2989C

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Tajah Manning, Nakeda Brown, and Barry Sullivan each with one count of first degree robbery and one count of conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about May 27, 2017, the three defendants robbed an individual in Cranston.

The Cranston Police conducted the investigation. The three co-defendants are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 8, 2017.
