Carlos Monge (age 40) 132 Dante St. Providence, R.I. P1-2018-2223AG
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Carlos Monge with one count of possession of over one kilo of cocaine, three counts of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver; one count of possession of one ounce to one kilo of heroin, one count of possession of Testosterone, and four counts of possession of a firearm while in possession of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that on or about May 7, 2018, Monge was found to be in possession of more than a kilo of cocaine and also in possession of heroin and Testosterone. At the time of his arrest, he was also in possession of two firearms.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Monge is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on August 8, 2018 before Judge Kristin E. Rogers.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Devon Silva, Jarrell Silva, and Dominic Vaz each with two counts of first degree robbery and conspiracy and one count of assault with a dangerous weapon.
It is alleged that on or about May 28, 2018, Devon Silva, Jarrell Silva, and Dominic Vaz conspired to commit robbery, and did rob and assault an individual.
The alleged incidents took place in Pawtucket and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. All three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on August 22, 2018.
