ATTENTION SNAP Recipients and Applicants

Due to the partial Federal Government Shutdown:

February SNAP benefits will be issued in January for current SNAP recipients. Your February SNAP benefits will be on your EBT card by Sunday, January 20, 2019. You will NOT get more benefits issued to your card, so please plan accordingly, but you may continue to use your EBT card at any authorized retailer.

For those with January case actions, if your case is not complete on January 16. 2019, approved recipients will receive your February benefits on February 1, 2019.

For customers who have recertifications due in the month of January, we ask that you help us by submitting it early so we can process it with the early issuance date on or before January 20th. We will have extra staff available by phone, through our call center at 1-855-697-4347, to complete recertification interviews between 8:30am and 7pm Monday and Tuesday of this week. While we encourage customers to get their recertification processed early this week, we will be able to process recertifications for the remainder of the month for a regular February 1st disbursement.

For those submitting new SNAP applications after January 15, 2019, and you are approved on or before January 30, 2019, you will receive your prorated benefits for January and all of your February benefits on your EBT card by January 31, 2019.

New SNAP customers who do not have an EBT card, the benefits will be on your card when you receive it. You will not get more benefits issued to your card in February, but you may continue to use your EBT card at any authorized retailer.
