Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported January 10, 2019)

Shonnell Jordan (age 22) Woonsocket, RI P1/19-0157AG
Edwin Torres (age 21) Providence, RI P119-0157BG
Justin Ziobrowski (age 21) Providence, RI P1/19-0157CG
On January 10, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Shonnell Jordan, Edwin Torres, and Justin Ziobrowski with one count of conspiracy to commit robbery, one count of conspiracy to commit assault with a dangerous weapon, three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon in a dwelling house, three counts of using a firearm while committing a crime of violence, and one count of carrying a stolen firearm while committing a crime of violence.

The alleged incidents took place in Scituate on or about October 18, 2018, and the Scituate Police Department conducted the investigation.

Defendants were scheduled to be arraigned on January 17, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
Matthew Dusseault (age 21) Woonsocket, RI P1/19-0158A
On January 10, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Matthew Dusseault with one count of murder in the first degree.

The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket on or about March 22, 2016, and the Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

Defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on January 30, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
Francisco Medina (age 87) Woonsocket, RI P1/19-0159A
On January 10, 2019, the Providence County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Francisco Medina with one count of child molestation in the first degree and two counts of child molestation in the second degree.

The alleged incident took place in Woonsocket on or about diverse dates between November 6, 2015 and August 18, 2018, and the Woonsocket Police Department conducted the investigation.

Defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on January 30, 2019 in Providence County Superior Court.
