On January 18, 2019, the Washington County Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Glenn Fucci with two counts of first-degree child molestation.
The alleged acts of molestation occurred in the Town of Exeter sometime between May 31 and October 1, 2017. The Rhode Island State Police conducted the investigation.
The defendant is scheduled to be arraigned on February 8, 2019 in Washington County Superior Court.
