At 1:30PM Troopers arrested Joseph Cloutier, age 33, of 71 Vine Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of North Carolina for Violation of Probation. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.
At 10:30PM Troopers arrested Gloria DelBonis, age 47, of 25 Hoppin Avenue, Riverside, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, First Offense-BAC Unknown 2.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was taken to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing, before being transported to Rhode Island Hospital for a mental evaluation and subsequently misdemeanor released with a future court date.
At 11:15PM Troopers arrested Gabriel Perez, age 29, of 30 Mount Vernon Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for Reckless driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was taken to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight pending his morning arraignment as a Bail Violator.
