At 11:30PM Troopers arrested Richard Troiani, age 30, of 300 Meghan Court, Actworth, Georgia, for 1.) Fugitive from Justice and 2.) Full Extradition Warrant for False Imprisonment – Minor – Nonparental, Simple Battery – Family Violence out of the Cherokee County Sheriffs Office. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Cranston. Troiani was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment at Third Division District Court.
At 2:05AM Troopers arrested Ron Hill, age 46, of 175 Broad Street, Apartment F12, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs, First Offense - BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight pending a morning arraignment at Sixth Division District Court.
