At 6:07PM, Troopers arrested Ryan McCoy, age 32, of 11 Norton Glen Road, Apt. 62, Norton, Massachusetts on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of investigating a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 11:34 PM, Troopers arrested, Hector Torres, age 36, of 53 French Street, Apt #2 , Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Felony Assault and Battery originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department, 2.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge for Domestic Violence originating out of the Central Falls Police Department and 3.) a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Felony Assault and Battery originating out of the Central Falls Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 1:33 AM, Troopers arrested Nicolas Teixeira, age 28, of 9 Berkeley Street, West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Fugitive From Justice out of the State of Massachusetts on the charge of False Creation or Use of Sales Receipt (Fraud) originating out of the Attleboro Police Department, 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/ Revoked/ Cancelled License originating out of the Warwick Police Department and 3.) A Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original Charge of Driving After Denial/ Revocation of License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and held overnight pending a morning arraignment.
