At 10:08AM Troopers arrested Kevin Sandoval, age 25, of 68 Goddard Street, Providence, Rhode Island on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended/Revoked/Canceled License originating out of the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to Third District Court.
At 12:15AM Troopers arrested Jason Ventura, age 23, of 86 Wilson Street Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) DUI First Offense – BAC – Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later turned over to the care of a responsible adult.
At 12:35AM Troopers arrested Alexis Melero, age 21, of 80 Curtis Street Apartment #405, Providence, Rhode Island on a Family Court Warrant for a Reciprocal Body Attachment. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
