On Friday, February 21, 2020, at 1:54 PM, Troopers arrested David Neil, age 47, of 6 Claremont Road, Barrington, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Violation of No Contact Order originating from the State Police Lincoln Barracks. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation by Trooper R. Fox and the subject responding to the Lincoln Barracks to turn himself in. The subject was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace, and transported by Lincoln Rescue to Roger Williams Hospital for an evaluation.
On Friday, February 21, 2020, at 5:21 PM, Troopers arrested Bryan Jarest, age 29, of 38 Sherwood Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense -Passenger Under the Age of Thirteen, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, 2nd Offense, 3.) Possession of A Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Fentanyl), and 4.) Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Alprazolam). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Breakneck Hill Road, in the Town of Lincoln. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
