At 9:37AM Troopers arrested Wendy Allard, age 40, of 9 Hunt Street, Apartment #2, Central Falls, Rhode Island as a Fugitive from Justice on the charge of Driving Under the Influence – Alcohol originating from Attleboro, Massachusetts. The arrest was the result of a Motor Vehicle Stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of Peace, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake Center.
At 12:35PM Troopers arrested Xavier Vincent, age 23, of 26 Fairfield Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Receiving Stolen Goods- Misdemeanor. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the peace, and later released.
At 9:37PM Troopers arrested Nicholas Mastrobuono, age 60, of 430 Meshanticut Valley Park, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs B.A.C. Unknown – First Offense, 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- First Offense, and 3.) Possession of A Controlled Substance Schedule I-V (Suboxone). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Franklin Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 9:59PM Troopers arrested Nosakhare Ogbebr, age 28, of 44 Maple Street, Boston, Massachusetts on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for 1.) Conspiracy and 2.) Fraudulent use of Credit Cards originating from the State Police Lincoln Barracks. The arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers responding to the East Providence Police Department to take custody of the Ogbebr. Subject was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later released.
At 10:43PM Troopers arrested Vaallah Brown, age 28, of 196 Montgomery Avenue Apartment #2, Cranston, Rhode Island for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Diving with Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.
At 1:32AM Troopers arrested Jesse Romero, age 22, of 1641 Cranston Street, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs, B.A.C. .10 or greater - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and later released into the custody of a responsible adult.
