At 9:12AM Troopers arrested Dennissa Porter, age 30, of 376 Bullocks Point Avenue, Apt.2, East Providence, RI., on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the State Police Scituate Barracks for Simple Assault and/or Battery. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and locating the subject at a disabled motor vehicle on Route 146 South in the Town of Lincoln. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for afternoon arraignment.
At 11:30AM Troopers arrested Luis Camacho, age 24, of 160 Broad Street, Providence, RI., on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Simple Assault and/or Battery originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Daboll Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for afternoon arraignment.
At 7:17PM Troopers arrested Julio Ramirez Cortez, age 49, of 757 Atwells Avenue, (Apt. #2) Providence, RI., for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
At 11:09PM Troopers arrested Spencer Tremblay, age 38, of 31 Cumberland Avenue, Attleboro, MA for 1.) Driving under the Influence of Intoxication Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC Unknown – 1st Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
