At 11:07AM Troopers arrested Juan Ortiz, age 32, of 1108 Westminister Street, Providence Rhode Island, on a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Domestic Violence Simple Assault originating out of Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Chad Brown Street in the City of Providence. Subject was returned to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
At 2:00PM Troopers arrested Richard Ruscitti, age 66, of 28 Diamond Hill Road, Cumberland, Rhode Island, on a Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear Pre-Trial Conference on the original charge of Possession of Controlled Substance - Scheduled I – V originating out of Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Subject was returned to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
At 2:20PM Troopers arrested Jose Paz, age 35, of 597 Broad Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating from the Lincoln Woods Barracks for the charge of Fraudulent Checks – Under $1500. The arrest was the result of Troopers investigation and Paz turning himself into the Barracks. Subject was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released with his pending court dates.
At 2:40PM Troopers arrested Anthony Taylor, age 25, of 84 Seamans Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant from Providence Police Department for Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ashburton Street in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later turned over to Providence Police Department.
At 3:38PM Troopers Albert Perez, age 25, of 20 Sanford Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on 1.) a Providence Superior Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V out of the Providence Police Department and 2.) a Providence Superior Bench Warrant for Failure Appear for a Cost Review on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institute – Men's Intake Center.
At 8:31PM Troopers arrested Anildo Monteiro, age 50, of 38 Ash Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs, First Offense, BAC Unknown, Passenger Under The Age of Thirteen, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Barracks, processed arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 8:41PM Troopers arrested Paul Ferruccio, age 29, of 4 Balston Street, North Providence, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant from Cranston Police Department for the charge of Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Twin River Road in the Town of Lincoln. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Cranston Police Department.
At 12:06AM Troopers arrested Eden Rose, age 29, of 66 Jefferson Avenue Apt #2R, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs, Second Offense, BAC Unknown 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Third Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. Subject was transported to the Barracks, processed and transported to State Police Headquarters to be held overnight as a Probation Violator.
