At 8:00 AM, Troopers arrested Dino Wilburn, age 36, of 327 South Avenue Sixty Apt #209, Highland Park, CA for Second Degree Child Abuse. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and the subject subsequently turning himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks. The subject was processed and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
At 8:43 PM, Troopers arrested Oscar Ortiz, age 20, of 11 Laura Street Apartment #2, Providence, for Possession of Marijuana >1OZ. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 8:55 PM, Troopers arrested Carly McGee, age 24, of 17 Albert Avenue, Barrington for 1.) DUI – First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – Second Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 10:12 PM, Troopers arrested Lea Blifford, age 64, of 125 King Philip Road, East Providence on an affidavit and arrest warrant out of State Police Detective (ACI Unit) for 1.) Conveying Unauthorized Articles to and from Prison, 2.) Delivery with Intent to Distribute Schedule I-V and 3.) Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Barrington Police Department to take custody of the subject. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 11:11 PM, Troopers arrested, Icaro Rodrigues, age 32, of 23 Cobb Street Apartment #15, Providence for 1.) DUI – First Offense BAC >.15 Phase 1(.170) Phase 2 (.168). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 9:37 PM, Troopers arrested Jerrell Perry, age 23, of 16 Hillhurst Avenue Apartment #2, Providence, on an affidavit and arrest warrant out of the Newport Police Department for 1.) Domestic Assault with a Knife and 2.) Strangulation. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and transported to the Newport Police Department.
