At 9:14 PM, Troopers arrested Ryan Scott, age 32, of 23 Atlas Street, Providence, RI for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Providence Police Department for Felony Domestic Assault-Failure to Relinquish the Telephone. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 10:00 PM, Troopers arrested Hector Franco Gonzalez, age 38, of 271 Division Street, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs-BAC Unknown-First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of an emergency 911 call to the Barracks regarding an erratic operator on Route 95 In the City of Providence and subsequent motor vehicle stop. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
