At approximately 10:10 PM, Troopers arrested Sarah Kenney, age 33, of 306 Paine Road, North Attleborough, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs with a B.A.C. .10 - .15 - First Offense (Phase I BAC = .114 ; Phase II BAC = .123) and 2.) Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to an E911 call for a rolling domestic and Troopers locating the vehicle on Branch Avenue in the City of Providence. Kenney was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
