At 10:37 AM, Troopers arrested Hadam Velazquez Perez, age 30, of 22 School Street, Cumberland, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant on the charge of Extortion originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.
At 12:25 PM, Troopers arrested Melissa Fournier, age 48, of 10 Dorr Street Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant originating out of the Lincoln Woods Barracks for 1) Duty to Stop for Accident Involving Motor Vehicle, and 2.) Driving with Suspended License Third or subsequent offense. The arrest was the result of a Barracks Investigation and the subject turning herself into the Barracks. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at Third Division District Court.
At 1:42 AM, Troopers arrested Luis Cardona, age 28, of 59 Clarence Street Apartment #1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Loaded weapons in vehicles; 2.) Carrying a weapon while intoxicated; 3.) Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs BAC Unknown; and 4.) Refusal to submit to a chemical test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Cardona was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment.
