At 1:16 PM, Troopers arrested Brandon Farmer, age 28, of 483 Hunt Street, Central Falls Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest warrant for 1.) Burglary, 2.) Forced Entry of a Residence, 3.) Domestic Breaking and Entering, 4.) Domestic Simple Assault, and 5.) Domestic Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Central Falls Police Department, as well as an Affidavit and Arrest warrant for Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.
At 5:49 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Carpenter, age 50, of 26 Gladstone Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on a 1.) Third District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, 2.) Third District Court bench warrant for 32f Violation on the original charge of Obstructing a Police Officer in Execution of Duty and 3.) Providence Superior Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession of Schedule I-II with Intent. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake.
At 5:49 PM, Troopers arrested Latasha Chalmers, age 44, of 65 Second Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, on a Third District Court bench warrant for Domestic Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 195 in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Women's Intake.
At 12:12 AM, Troopers arrested George Torres, age 25, of 137 Hanover Street, Providence, RI on a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake.
At 12:17 AM, Troopers arrested Walter Restrepo, age 37 of 135 Butler Avenue, Central Falls, RI for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs – BAC% 0.10 – 0.15 – 1st Offense (Phase 1 – 0.144 / Phase 2 – 0.133). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street in the City of Central Falls. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight as a probation violator.
At 1:10 AM, Troopers arrested Xavier Ricks, age 26, of 112 Summit Street, Apt. 4, Pawtucket, RI for 1.) Domestic violence Prevention – Violation of a Court Ordered Protection Order – 1st Offense and 2.) Obstruction. The arrest was the result of a vehicle fleeing from Troopers on a motor vehicle stop and the Pawtucket Police Department later locating the vehicle in their city. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and held overnight as a bail violator.
At 1:10 AM, Troopers arrested Nicole Barber, age 27, of 112 Summit Street, Apt. 4, Pawtucket, RI for Reckless Driving – Eluding Police – 1st Offense. The arrest was the result of a vehicle fleeing from Troopers on a motor vehicle stop and the Pawtucket Police Department later locating the vehicle in their city. The subject was taken into custody by the Pawtucket Police Department on separate charges and misdemeanor released with a future Sixth District Court date.
