At 10:35 AM, Troopers arrested Kelvin Pagan, age 22, of 126 Silver Spring Street Apartment #2, Providence, Rhode Island for a Washington County Superior Court Bench Warrant on the original charge of Receiving Stolen Goods originating from the North Kingston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street, in the City of Providence. Pagan was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to Washington County Court.
At 11:49 AM, Troopers arrested Joseph Taiwo, age 49, of 128 Francis Avenue, Apartment #2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Simple Assault originating from the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Mineral Spring Avenue, in the City of Pawtucket. Taiwo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, and transported to the Providence Police Department.
At 2:48 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Nunally, age 28, of 24 Hyat Street 1st Floor, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the charge of Domestic Violence originating out of the Cranston Police Department and 2.) Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment Warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Westminster Street in the City of Providence. Nunally was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 8:18 PM, Troopers arrested Mark Masterson, age 33, of 1244 Douglas Avenue, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Threats to Public Officials; 2.) Disorderly Conduct- Fighting/Tumultuous Behavior; 3.) Obstructing a Police Officer in Execution of Duty and 4.) Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Jefferson Boulevard, in the City of Warwick. Masterson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released.
At 10:36 PM, Troopers arrested Brian Bandarra, age 38, of 13 Fifth Street, East Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Technical Violation Hearing on the charge of Domestic Violence originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. Bandarra was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution – Men's Intake Center.
At 2:14 AM, Troopers arrested Devante Thompson, age 28, of 17 Ellery Street, Providence, Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant on the charge of Shoplifting originating out of the Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. Thompson was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, and later turned over to the Smithfield Police Department.
At 2:32 AM, Troopers arrested Jeffrey Hamrick, age 32, of 28 Apollo Road, East Providence, for 1.) Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs - First Offense, BAC .15 or greater (Phase I: .194 BAC, Phase II: .208 BAC). The arrest was the result of motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Providence. Hamrick was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and held overnight pending morning arraignment where he will be presented as a bail violator.
