At 1:25 PM, Troopers arrested Kimberly Rogers-Snead age 41, of 185 Dexter Street Apartment #15, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Parole Board Detention Warrant on the original charge of 1.) Possession of Controlled Substance Schedule I-V, 2.) Conspiracy, and 3.) Driving without Consent of Owner originating from State Police Headquarters. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Ford Street, in the City of Providence. Rogers-Snead was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Women's Intake Center.
At 10:30 PM, Troopers arrested Kelvin Ayala, age 30, of 485 Plainfield Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Cost Review on the original charge of Possession with Intent/ Manufacture originating from the Cranston Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dudley Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
At 11:16 PM, Troopers arrested Lee Botsford, age 30, of 20 Justin Drive, East Greenwich, Rhode Island for 1. Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs- First Offense and 2. Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test- First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, process, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 3:05 AM, Troopers arrested Gianfranco Rodriguez, age 26, of 58 Farragut Avenue Apt. #2, Cranston, Rhode Island for Operating with Suspended License Certain Offenses. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Atwells Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
