At 12:00 AM, Troopers arrested Rickey Breeden, age 32, of 22 Piave Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, and 2.) Disorderly Conduct (two counts). The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Community Confinement Building in the City of Cranston for reports of a disorderly subject. Breeden was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third District Court where he was presented as a probation violator.
At 5:25 PM, Troopers arrested Sabrina Beckett, age 34, of 1536 Cranston Street, Apt #10, Providence, Rhode Island for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Damage to Attended Vehicles. The arrest was the result of investigating a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Beckett was transported to the Lincoln Woods barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.
At 8:05 PM, Troopers arrested Rosa Roots, age 51, of 1344 Plainfield Street, Apt. #5, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/ or Drugs BAC Unknown-First Offense, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test-First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation that occurred on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Roots was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Juan Agurto Yanez, age 21, of 338 Branch Avenue, Apt. #1, Providence, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License, originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Osborn Street in the City of Providence. Yanez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.
At 1:34 AM, Troopers arrested Ryan Tetreault, age 25, of 282 Front Street, Apt. #10, Woonsocket, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs - .10-.15 (Phase I: BAC .141% / Phase II: BAC .143%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Tetreault was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released to the custody of a responsible adult.
At 1:41 AM, Troopers arrested Nakele Freeman, age 27, of 57 Waltham Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Simple Assault; 2.) Disorderly Conduct; and 3.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Cranston. Freeman was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.
