At 8:02 AM, Troopers arrested John Mignarri, age 35, of 15 Meadow Brook Road, East Greenwich, Rhode Island for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the charge of Reckless Driving originating out of the West Greenwich Police Department. This arrest was the result of a suspicious vehicle check at the McDonalds located at 1000 Division Road, in the Town of East Greenwich. The subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.
At 9:43 PM, Troopers arrested Bun Thoeun J. Fogarty, age 21 of 14 Greene Street, Coventry, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs -First Offense – (Phase One: .091, Phase Two: .90). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the City of Warwick. Fogarty was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released to a responsible adult.
