At 4:59 PM, Troopers Kelly arrested David W. Parente, age 56, of 39 Greenbrier Road, West Warwick RI for Violation of No Contact Order- 2nd Offense. Arrest was the result of a barracks investigation and Troopers taking the subject into custody at his residence. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and arraigned before Justice of the Peace. Subject was then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center and will be presented as a probation violator.
